In the process of making

In the process of creating my pieces, I construct three to four layers of tiny, puzzle-like drawings, which I then weave into the whole composition of the painting. This method demands considerable time and attention to detail, but as each individual piece finds its place, the artwork slowly but surely coalesces with ease, as it does in nature. The end result is a masterful fusion of many smaller parts, each with its own identity but all in harmonious accord with the whole.
